All titles listed on this web site are available EXCLUSIVELY from Heathcliff Distribution in Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea. Heathcliff Distribution is the exclusive distributor for the National Film Board of Canada in Australia, New Zealand and PNG.
PRICING
Please add 10% GST to all prices listed. The prices listed are for DVD (in the case of the National Film Board of Canada), the format is DVD-R NTSC Multizone, for non-theatrical sale to tertiary institutions, state lending libraries, government departments and centralized educational lending collections. Please check before placing your order that the title/s you require have been digitized to DVD format, as a small group of titles are still only available in VHS.
Titles from other producers are generally only available on VHS and subject to stock availability.
Individual schools, public libraries and TAFE should inquire about pricing for supply to them as prices do vary from those listed. Titles listed as SPECIAL ORDER are special imports and only available at the listed price.
Previews of these titles are generally offered only to established customers.
All purchase orders attract a freight and handling fee in additional to the price listed.
PREVIEWS
Some titles are available for no-cost preview (with a view to purchase) by customers with a purchasing history. Otherwise a preview fee of $25.00 + GST and freight applies. This amount is fully refundable against the purchase of any title previewed in the same transaction. All previews are STRICTLY for seven (7) days, videos retained longer than this period without authority from Heathcliff Distribution will be considered purchased. Titles marked SPECIAL ORDER are imports and may not be available fro preview from stock. DVD's forwarded for preview with a view to purchase are not to be used for screening to an audience during the time of preview or rental charges will be applied.
DELIVERY
Most titles are held in stock for immediate delivery, otherwise
there may be a delay of 14-28 days in fulfilling your order.
Titles marked SPECIAL ORDER may take a little longer as these
are imported to fill specific purchase orders.
DISCOUNTS
The purchase of multiple copies of a single title, or significant
quantities of a range of titles may attract a discount. Please
inquire for further details.
WRITTEN SUPPORT MATERIAL
Written support material, or discussion notes and other information
accompany some titles on the foldout video sleeve (primarily
these titles are from the National Film Board of Canada).
These notes may be copied in small quantities for use within
the context of the video presentation for teaching purposes.
If you require additional copies of written notes, these may
be available for a small charge. Please contact us for details.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All videos are supplied on a 30-day Tax Invoice following
receipt of an official purchase order. Prompt payment is requested.
